I'm done.

Just a quick post to say i'm done.... i got finished yesterday.

An amazing experience, got to be the toughest race i have ever done to date but the best experience too.

Took 31 hours 40mins, had one puncture and even managed a little bivvi action on the trail.

Will get a full blog report up asap but now there is a big stack of pancakes somewhere with my name on them.

Hey there, Paul, congrats on the finish! (My friend Leah & I met Jenn when we were working the Melgeorges aid station). Hope you two can make it down to Duluth and see beautiful Lake Superior. You could try cross-country skiing for a change, or I'm sure my friends Dave & Di (singlespeeders, Charlie Farrow knows them) would take you for a fun ride on our local trails! Plus there's the Brewhouse...

great result Paul.
Not an easy thing to do go overseas and race in conditions so alien to us brits.
Have you ever thought about racing for a charity.I think with your following and marketing expertise you could really benefit a charity of your choice and add another element to your racing.

Thanks all...

Soon as i get feeling back into my hands i will get a nice long report up and running... think bike shop i work at may want me to do a little presentation in the shop..just bike and images so all close to Newcastle are welcome.

Carl, if you know a charity and they have an idea tell them to get in touch i would love to do something.

Good work Paul. I'm looking forward to the full report and the talk. Maybe to make it a bit harder next time you could try it on a birdy folding bike!
